General Manager, Experian Marketing Services ANZ
As General Manager for Experian Marketing Services in Australia and New Zealand, Matt is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business with his primary focus on profitable revenue growth, customer satisfaction and market penetration.
Matt joined Experian in 2002 as part of the QAS group and has been running business units in Australia for the past 5 years. With a track record of success and meeting customers’ needs Matt is focused on developing new and innovative solutions to help organizations better target, convert and retain customers across multiple channels.
Group Sales Director, Experian Marketing Services ANZ
Nick Boyle is Group Sales Director of Experian’s Marketing Services Division in Australia and New Zealand. In this role Nick is leading the sales integration across all of Experian’s Marketing Services businesses in account management, new business sales, and partnerships and the channel. Nick has most recently been responsible for redeveloping the business structure across digital marketing focusing specifically on a more customer lead team.
Through this process he has been a strong advocate for the development of strategic and innovative solutions across the business specifically seeking a greater engagement with customers for Experian Marketing Services. Nick is responsible for the overall revenue and EBIT for QAS, CheetahMail, Search Marketing, Hitwise Competitive Intelligence, Experian Social and Experian Digital Analytics.
Nick has been with the company for over seven years working in a number of positions, most recently as Director of Sales for the QAS division in Sydney. In this role, Nick was responsible for the sales billings, EBIT and recognised revenue for Experian QAS in the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to this Nick progressed through the QAS business from senior account manager, sales manager and ultimately sales director. Prior to joining Experian, Nick spent five years with HomeSolutions Direct, working as the company’s Business Development Manager.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Director of Service and Delivery (email and Mobile)
Jennifer has over 12 years expertise in the digital email marketing industry and has been employed at some of the top email service providers worldwide.
Jennifer Caravantes joined Experian Marketing Services ANZ in 2011 as Client Services Director. Jennifer is responsible for CheetahMail Client Services.
Prior to joining Experian Marketing Services ANZ, Jennifer managed the client service staff for CheetahMail’s US West coast operations for the past 3.5 years. Jennifer was responsible for overseeing over 20 team and 30+ clients.
Prior to joining CheetahMail, Jennifer was Global Account Director for Hewlett Packard for the past 2 years. Over Jennifer’s 5.5 year tenure with Acxiom Digital (formerly Digital Impact) she has been responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of many of our key clients’ email marketing programs, including Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Sony, World Savings, Wells Fargo, Osh Kosh B’Gosh and Sephora. Having worked in both agency and client environments for the past 8 years, Jennifer brings a strong e-commerce background to her program management role.
Prior to joining Digital Impact, Jennifer was employed by Yesmail’s retention group, formerly Post Communications for two years. Jennifer managed Palm, Hoover’s Online and Illuminations accounts, while managing the day-to-day execution of email marketing programs on behalf of Countrywide Finance, Lexus, among others. Previously, Jennifer was an Associate Account Manager for CDNOW, Victoria’s Secret, Handspring, Sega and Verizon Wireless.
Director of Service & Delivery (Digital Services & Data Quality)
As Director of Professional Services for Experian Marketing Services in Australia and New Zealand, Anneka is responsible for supporting business growth by ensuring our clients are serviced to a high standard with a focus placed on strategic and innovative solutions. Anneka is responsible for the support and consulting teams across Digital Services and Contact Data Management. Anneka joined Experian in 1999 as part of the QAS group in the UK and moved to Australia in 2002. She has managed technical teams for 8 years and is helping to drive the integration of services teams across Marketing Services. This will continue to assist our ability to service clients and work with them on new and more valuable solutions. She is passionate about developing the people within in the business and creating a positive culture that supports our growth.
Director of Product and Strategy
Michael Morris has over 10 years experience in pre-sales, consulting and client implementations of data and data quality solutions. In his role as Director of Product and Strategy, Michael is responsible for managing and coordinating the product roadmaps across the Experian Marketing Services group and driving a collaborative approach in delivering high quality products, services and propositions to the market. Michael has worked extensively across Experian product lines in various roles, delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Michael is highly focused on understanding what customers need, developing business strategy and building a high performance culture.
