Experian’s aim is the same wherever we are in the world - to deliver real value to our customers and solve their business challenges. We do this by combining our wealth of information assets and expertise with our proven range of products and services.

Since the early 1990s, our Asia Pacific operation has been at the forefront in developing and implementing solutions for complete data and customer management, helping clients to make the right decisions in areas such as consumer profiling, data management, web intelligence and email marketing. A number of major financial institutions call upon us to help them manage credit risk for credit card, consumer loan, mortgage loan and small business loan portfolios; prevent fraud (for example via application processing) and also consultancy in Basel II compliance.

Today we operate in nine countries across the region, including Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. From our offices in major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Singapore, our people provide local understanding of the markets to deliver global best practice capabilities to support industry sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, direct marketing, government and utilities.
